An aluminium die-cast panel of great strength.
ALUCAST is suitable for industrial and hi-tech clean room installations, and is essential
for use in rooms requiring non-magnetic characteristics.
The panel is available self-coloured or coated with epoxy paint or PVC.
Several perforation options are offered to meet your design requirements
Composition:
The ALUCAST aluminium panel has three principal elements within each casting:
- A top distributor plate
- Peripheral reinforced rib
- Central rib reinforcement
These elements provide for great strength, a perfect peripheral finish and dimensional accuracy.
Surface finish:
The ALUCAST panel is available with the following finishes:
- Vinyl.
- Epoxy paint.
- Electrodeposit.
Dimensions: Standard size : 600 x 600 mm
Fire classification: Without covering, the ALUCAST panel is classified M0 (incombustible).
Electrical Resistance: It varies from 5x106 to 2x1012 Ohms dependent on covering.
Perforations: The following six types of perforation will provide free surface area from 7.5 % to 60 % of surface area :
- ALUCAST PF1 : 7.5 %
- ALUCAST PF2 : 10 %
- ALUCAST PF3 : 15 %
- ALUCAST PF4 : 22 %
- ALUCAST AF5 : 40 %
- ALUCAST AF6 : 60 %
